Benefits Coordinator

Our healthcare client is seeking an organized candidate Benefits Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. Ideal candidates will be organized, tech-savvy with 2+ years of HR and benefits experience. Additionally, the client is transitioning from ADP to Workday. Previous Workday experience is required.
Role: Benefits Specialist
Pay: $25-28/hr
Location: Downtown Chicago (Streeterville)
Contract length: 3-6 months (potential to convert to permanent)
Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage benefit administration and putting together benefit packets
• Assist with time card and payroll questions with employees (ADP)
• Assist with workers compensation claims
• Set up virtual calls with employees to assist with questions
• Run tests for the WorkDay implementation
