Penn Manor School District is currently recruiting for a Benefits Coordinator in the Administration Office.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Must have all required clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Clearance, and IdentoGo FBI Fingerprints through the Department of Education.
Penn Manor SD implements a pre-employment drug urinalysis test that must be completed at LGH Occupational Medicine, 2110 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.

Penn Manor School District is currently recruiting for a Benefits Coordinator in the Administration Office.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Facilitate and process all employee benefit enrollment applications, status and coverage changes for all benefit eligible personnel, including termination and COBRA administration.
- Coordinate the annual Open Enrollment Process.
- Utilize district and vendor software applications to maintain employee benefit records, and produce all required reports.
- Remain knowledgeable about state and local laws as they pertain to employee benefits and human resources administration, including, but not limited to; COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA, Section 125, and State retirement processing (PSERS), PA workers compensation claims and regulations.

- Must be able to work under tight deadlines, with flexibility;
- Should be able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues;
- Must be well organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple simultaneous deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite;
- Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work overtime during the normal business week and weekends, if needed.
- Prior experience in using a HRIS system-Munis/Tyler Technologies preferred; experience with Frontline Technologies products is a plus
