Benefits Consultant

The Benefits Consultant is a client-facing role responsible for bringing new group benefits business to Simco Capital. This position will work closely with prospective and existing clients to help understand their specific business needs as it pertains to employee benefits. Benefits Consultants are also key players in identifying gaps in customers' existing coverages and strive to offer suitable, cost-effective solutions using top carriers in the market. The Benefits Consultant will also source benefit plans designed to ensure customers stay in compliance where necessary. It is also the objective of our Benefits Consultant to assist in retaining our current book of business. The Benefits Consultant will also provide support to the Account Managers in the execution and implementation of their strategic planning for our clients.
This is a fulltime, exempt position, income range of $60k-$150k
