Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead global employee benefits brokerage and consulting services for multinational client engagements (Global Benefits strategies, local benefits, cross-border benefits)
• Develop optimal benefits strategies based on client's business and objectives
• Develop compliant and cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate within Global Benefits practice to develop and deliver comprehensive client management strategy
• Develop and deliver client presentations and recommendations
• Provide guidance to clients regarding compliant, competitive benefit plans, and related best practices
• Support Senior Consultants on large-scale, complex engagements
• Provide mentorship to Analysts as appropriate. Provide routine feedback on work and technical skill
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related business work experience
• Minimum of 5 years Global Benefits consulting experience
• Project management experience
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• Proficiency in a foreign language preferred
• Sound understanding of: cross-border employee benefit plans, compliance and markets; multinational pooling and other global risk financing strategies; health and welfare benefits practice in primary global markets; offshore retirement savings solutions; and extraterritoriality of US laws and regulations
• Familiarity with key regulations affecting core employee benefits and retirement plans in primary global markets
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Life, health, & accident license, GPHR preferred
