Behavioral Health Specialist (Hiring Immediately - $25-30/hr)

About the Opportunity:
- We are currently seekingan experienced Behavioral Health Specialistto a psychiatric facility located in Danvers, MA
- They provide comprehensive services to adults
- Supervised by the RN and LPN, you will assist them in providing direct care treatment plus de-escalation and restraint when necessary
Behavioral Health Specialist Responsibilities:
-providing activity of daily living to adults with disabilities
- Documenting patient's behavioral issues
-restraint and de-escalation when needed
Behavioral Health Specialist Qualifications:
- Must have prior Direct Care experience or experience with ADLs
- Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required including restraint and de-escalation
- Compassionate and patient
