Responsibilities
- Attend all meetings related to clients and organizational trainings
- May participate in conducting assessments and program development
- Implement behavior plan under the supervision of a BCBA
- Work on a treatment team and be an active team player
- Collect and document frequency, duration, and skill acquisition data
- Record progress on client goals based on collected data
- Conduct scheduled teaching sessions using Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and/or Mand Training
- Adhere to documentation requirements to include daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, special education, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and independent transportation in addition to passing a background check.
- Passion for working with children and/or special needs population
- Sensitivity to and understanding of people of diverse cultures
- Preferred: bi-lingual candidates.
