Behavior Technician

Duties:
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide one-on-one support and assistance to clients in various settings
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior support strategies
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure effective treatment plans
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting is a plus
- Familiarity with data collection methods and techniques
- Ability to follow medical documentation protocols and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
