Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior modification techniques in individual and group therapy settings
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- BCaBA or RBT certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
