Shaping Affinity’s mission is to prioritize compassionate care while targeting behavior change, provide individualized support to families, and closely collaborate with specialty service providers to improve quality of life.
We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and/or other behavioral needs. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) assess learners’ developmental skills (communication, socialization, health and leisure, etc.), and design behavior plans and interventions to target goals. Behavior Technicians implement plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
A culture is being created within our organization to empower each other, accept each other, and to support each other within our individual job roles. It is our intention to welcome newly hired employees, and to redefine the industry norm in reference to retention, proficiency, and work/life balance.
