Youth For Tomorrow is a 501 (c) (3) and a faith based, non-profit organization, founded in 1986 by Hall of Fame Football Coach Joe Gibbs. The organization is large, diverse, experienced and committed to serving at-risk youth. In our residential treatment program, we serve males and females ages 12 to 18 years old to include youth with varying mental health diagnoses, survivors of trauma, pregnant and parenting teens, and survivors of commercial sexual exploitation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Behavior Support Plan Coordinator will function as the point person for various employees during shifts of operational components of Youth For Tomorrow to include but not limited to Residential, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Services. The position requires attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Must be disciplined in organizational skills. The position requires supporting the Executive and other Residential Leaders with reports, scheduling meetings, time management, training, required documentation and compliance.
Primary focus of this position includes:
- Work alongside staff and residents to identify, implement Residential treatment goals and objectives for the individualized treatment plans.
- Support programs to ensure that all monthly treatment plan reviews are completed and on-time. Including data entry of all required information into electronic database systems (i.e. FamCare and etc.).
- Responsible for conducting weekly check-in meetings w/ House Coordinators to gather resident’s current progress w/ all goals and objectives.
- Responsible for submitting treatment plan reviews to Quality Assurance for feedback.
- Develop and implement Behavioral Support Plans (BSP) for all RTC residents.
- Conduct check-in meetings w/ clinical, education and residential staff to ensure all items identified in the BSP is accurate and meets the needs identified.
- Oversee and monitor the implementation of recommendations that have been developed.
- Provide coaching and assistance to staff to implement interventions stated in the Behavioral Support Plan (BSP).
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of strategies and interventions as outlined in daily notes, behavior reports and meetings with staff members, House Coordinators and Clinical Services.
- Complete monthly follow-up reports
- Participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
- Other duties, as assigned. Please keep in mind that additional duties may arise and require your support while teleworking/remotely.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Know all relative standards and regulations related to residential services and ensure compliance; including state, local, contractual and accreditation standards.
- Prepare mandatory monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested.
- Support residential house coordinators in their duties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agency for Residential programming areas.
- Attendance at all training mandated by YFT and respective governing entity; to include, but not limited to keeping current CPR/First Aid certification, Handle With Care certification, as well as annual TB tests/screenings.
- All duties and responsibilities will support meeting the structured program of care outlined in DBHDS standards (DBHDS: 12VAC 35-46-800).
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO or supervisor.
- REQUIRED TRAININGS: ALL MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIRED BY LICENSING OR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND YFT.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or social services preferred,
- Ability to work full time,
- Ability to prioritize tasks,
- Ability to communicate well with employees and leadership,
- Ability to follow up on requests of staff members, escalate to supervisors, and maintain track of all,
- Ability to meet demands of various supervisors
