Behavior Intervention Support Supervisor/ Licensed Clinician

We are in search of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) with expertise in conducting and documenting ABA and Mental Health assessments, including reassessments, to lead our clientele dealing with Dual Diagnosis of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health Disabilities. This role involves travel to render clinical support to clients within one of four designated service areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, notes and observation notes
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to multidisciplinary team members on implementing ABA programs and Mental Health Treatment Plans, including educating them on intervention purposes, behavior function analysis, and evidence-based practices.
• Create appropriate weekly monthly notes.
• Train and Orient new staff assigned to caseload.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid NC state license as an LCMHC, with experience in behavioral health, individual, and family.
• Maintain good standing in all applicable accreditation(s), licenses and certificates required by but not limited to the appropriate agencies and/or Boards.
• Ensure continuous quality improvement of skills through targeted CEUs.
• Experience with computerized client management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Comfort in educating and providing supervision.
• Knowledge of diagnostic skills in areas of psychopathology and psychosocial dynamics for clients.
• Ability to travel within assigned services area and outside of assigned service area.
• Ability to work weekends and after hours as assigned. (Flex Hours)
• Ability to work independently and within a virtual team environment.

Pay: 65,000.00 - $70,000 Annually

Schedule: The expected work schedule is 8:30 AM—5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. However, you MUST have flexibility, as the schedule can change based on company needs.
