Description

Job Description
- Curating the best possible experience for each guest, patron, and fellow team member on a daily basis who enters our facilities.
- Serving, pouring craft beverages.
- Providing insight into the beer, seltzer, cider, and wine selection for patrons and visitors.
- Keeping Tap Room bar, tables, and restrooms neat and tidy.
- Bartending wedding and events in The Barrel Haus (event hall).
- Assisting guests in the gift shop and during events throughout our different spaces.
- Procuring pizzas and hot pretzels for patrons as ordered.
Basic Qualifications
- Prior bartending and beer knowledge or serving experience is a plus.
- Hard-working and extremely detail-oriented.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of craft beer, seltzer, cider, and the industry, and the brewing process. OR extreme willingness to learn.
- Desire to learn and grow with the brewery.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly plus tips average $30+ per hour. All employees eligible for 401k matching plan. Merch and beverage discounts.
