Set appointments for dealership visits and pair with service or sales advisors
Contact customers to confirm appointments
Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience Required
Great Communication & Customer Service skills
Motivation to be Successful
Strong Phone & Computer Skills
Able to multi-task
Bi-lingual is always a plus!
