Battery Materials Characterization Analyst

- Acquire, analyze, and interpret data using in-situ/ex-situ Raman microscopy/mapping for structural characterization and chemical analysis. - Optimize acquisition parameters and develop new methods. - Identify and define the proper characterization techniques for submitted samples and implement focused characterization projects using Raman and other characterization techniques to drive root-cause analysis and a deep material understanding. - Collaborate with other departments, including production and R&D to collaborate on projects involving process-property (materials)-performance relationships. - Adhere to best-of-class lab practices: maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment, ensure sample piece location is controlled, follow all lab safety regulations.
