Basketball Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Basketball Operations Assistant Manager to serve support and to help with basketball logistics such as organizing basketball league & tournament and establishing new basketball programs. In addition, registering new clients, managing enrollments, and providing information about our programs, rates, and amenities.

This entry level position is designed for people who would like to start their career in the sports industry.

Typical hours are Mon-Fri 3:45pm to 11pm and weekends. Must be available on weekends.

General Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Oversee basketball League
• Provide support for basketball tournaments
• Recruit of teams for events
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Register clients for new programs
• Welcome clients when they enter the facility
• Provide information about our facility, available programs, and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Outstanding customer service
• Follow directions and perform specific procedures
• Effective problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast pace environment
• Open and close facility when required
• Light cleaning duties
• Help with staffing and other daily task
• Be able to left 50 pounds

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
