Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all drinks and food items are prepared and served according to company standards
- Charcuterie Board & cold food Prep
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related field
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food production and catering is a plus
- Experience as an assistant manager or in banquet operations is preferred
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is desirable
