Job Duties:

• Serve customers by taking orders, preparing and serving drinks, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
• Create a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with patrons to enhance their overall experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting and representing the establishment positively.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu, including drinks and food offerings, to provide recommendations to customers.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and initiatives.
• Capture and share visually appealing photos of drinks, ambiance, and special events on social media platforms.
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and sharing relevant content.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, both in-person and on social media.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Bartender/Server, with a strong understanding of mixology and drink preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with patrons.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera for photography and social media presence.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms and the ability to create engaging posts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the brand.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and adherence to legal regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender/Server in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve a variety of beverages with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid alcohol service certification.
• General understanding of POS systems, Toast POS prefferered.
• Strong social media presence with a demonstrated understanding of various platforms.
• Comfortable being photographed and featuring in promotional materials.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Basic knowledge of photography and a smartphone with a good-quality camera.
• Familiarity with popular social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.49 - $18.96 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
