Bartender/Server

```Duties```
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Food service: Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to handle food items when necessary
- Brewing: Familiarity with different types of beers, wines, and spirits, as well as brewing techniques
- Math: Strong mathematical skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and handling cash transactions
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Cash handling: Ability to accurately count money, give change, and handle financial transactions securely
- POS (Point of Sale) systems: Experience using POS systems to process orders, track sales, and manage inventory
- Retail math: Basic understanding of calculations related to pricing, discounts, and sales promotions
- Sales: Strong communication skills to upsell products, make recommendations, and provide excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
