All new Front-of-House hires start in roles such as Server, Host, or Busser. Promotions to bartending or management roles are performance-based, and we exclusively promote from within. While we're on a fast track to growth, our commitment to excellence and team fit remains non-negotiable when considering staffing and promotions.

Compensation Insights: We value transparency, especially when it comes to compensation. In 2023, our servers earned an average hourly wage ranging from $16.69 to $25.82, inclusive of tips and a base rate of $2.13/hr. Please note that these figures can vary based on seasonal demands and individual performances and are not guaranteed.
