Barista/Customer Service/Cashier

As a Chatime Team Member, you create the Chatime Experience for our customers by providing a worldwide standard of customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and efficient store environment.

You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Chatime’s guiding principles and best of all, you’ll be part of a company and brand that is consistently growing and changing the way people enjoy tea, smoothie and coffee beverages.

Key Responsibilities

-Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Chatime.

-Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.

-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

-Maintains a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and the ease of locating resources and product as needed.

-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

-Consistently provides quality beverages for all customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards of Chatime.

-Follow Chatime’s operational policies and procedures

-Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Restaurant type:

• Bakery
• Café
• Coffee shop
• Quick service & fast food restaurant

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Guest Services: 2 years (Preferred)
• Food Service: 2 years (Preferred)
