Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of coffee will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate espresso machines and other equipment to produce high-quality beverages - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise Experience: - Previous experience in the food service or coffee industry is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly manner Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating memorable experiences for our customers through delicious coffee creations and exceptional service.
