Barista, Food Prep, Cashier

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Assist with Food Preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries, when necessary
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and other tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Upsell additional products or menu items to customers to increase sales

Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure proper handling of food products
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare beverages according to specific guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic understanding of sales techniques to promote additional products or menu items
- Experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
