```Job Summary```

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for boba tea, coffee and ice cream, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude

- Take customer orders

- Handle credit card, cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

- Ensure beverage quality by following recipes and adhering to food safety standards

- Assist with food preparation, such as cooking boba and brewing tea

- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization

- Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns

```Requirements```

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or in a similar role

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner

- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper food handling techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Strong communication and listening skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding all propriety information such as sales, financials, recipes, and standard operating procedures

- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision

- Ability to follow instructions and take feedback constructively

- Ability to manage stress appropriately

- Ability to maintain punctuality and attendance
