The Role

As a Fountain Worker, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Take and accurately fulfill orders for food and beverages, ensuring efficiency and catering to guest preferences.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, adhering to stringent cash handling protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards across both front and back-of-house areas, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Artfully garnish food and drinks, presenting them attractively to delight guests.
• Pack orders according to guests' specifications, including all necessary condiments.
• Maintain product freshness by labeling and dating items according to safety standards.
• Execute opening and closing duties as assigned for each shift, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage incoming warehouse orders, organizing stock in designated areas.
• Proactively replenish products in workstations, counters, and tables to meet guest demand.
• Address guest concerns promptly within your authority and escalate issues as needed.
• Report any unusual occurrences, missing items, or suspected theft to management or security.
• Fulfill any additional job-related duties as required.
