This is a fast paced cocktail bar/lounge
Job Description: As our Bar Manager, you will be more than a manager – you are a pivotal part of 'It's Him'. Your role is integral in creating an atmosphere that's as welcoming as it is vibrant. Acting as a liaison between the owner and staff, you will not only bring to life the story of 'It's Him' through your skills at the bar but also by implementing and executing the vision and values of the establishment. Your engagement with staff and customers, alongside your dedication to customer service, will be essential in shaping the unique experience our bar offers.
Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
- Staffing, training, and building a customer-focused team
- Assisting in bar setup and design
- Managing initial inventory and procurement
- Developing customer-centric operational procedures
- Collaborating with the owner for the overall setup
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate current work commitments
Post-Opening Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch, friendly, and efficient service to guests
- Managing bar operations with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
- Full-time bartending and engaging with customers
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in bartending and staff management
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends
- Charismatic and quick-thinking with a flair for entertaining
