As we continue to elevate our standards, we are seeking a talented and passionate Bar Manager to take the reins on our cocktail program. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, expertise, and a commitment to excellence in crafting unique and exceptional cocktails that align with our restaurant's identity.
This position will work side by side with the General Manager and Operation Manager to assist in fostering a forward-thinking and collaborative work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the sustaining of all training programs of all bar employees.
Responsible for the development of seasonal cocktail lists and pairing experiences for new tastings and tasting events.
Responsible for budgeting and ordering for inventory of all bar related products.
Responsible for development and execution of bar prep guide and schedule to maintain proper inventories.
Assist in the management of employees and maintain proper and professional environment.
Oversees that all opening and closing side work is done properly and to specification and manages issues if they arise.
Conducts and maintains a system of regular communication of company objectives, changes and concerns to all FOH employees.
Ensures that a culture of care is being implemented and used with all employees.
Recognize opportunities and implements creative solutions to areas of improvement.
Skills
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role.
Experience serving in a fine dining restaurant.
Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Accountability and ability to hold others accountable
Coachable and open to feedback
