**Responsibilities:**
- Set up banquet room as instructed by the Banquet Captain to include linen, service ware, and glassware.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next event.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, banquet captain, and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
