Banking Operations Specialist

The Banking Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Bank’s Branch and Communication Center staff, processing Back office tasks, and Quality Control monitoring of various front office information. The Department processes include ACH and Check item processing, Wire Transfers, ATM terminals and Debit Cards, and Reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Quality Control - Review and follow up of New Accounts and Maintenance
• Perform account related research
• Wire Transfer processing
• Provide support for Branch and Communication Center staff
• Update and provide feedback for procedures and form changes as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualification

• Detailed knowledge of Back Office Operations environment
• 3 years’ experience working in a Back office Operations environment
• Experience working on multiple assignments with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education/Training

• Associates Degree in business or related field

Pay Ranges

• $55,000 To $65,000 Annually
