Interstate Warehousing is looking to fill 2 FT Bakery Order Selector positions.

Wage:$20.00/hour

Job Title: Bakery Order Selector

Department: Bakery
Reports To: Bakery Supervisor

SUMMARY: Receives, stores, and distributes products in an ambient warehouse established by performing the following duties..

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following; Other duties may be assigned.

· Reads shipping order and/or picking order to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
· Loads and/or unloads bakery items and other materials onto and off bakery trays. Lifting up to 10-60 pounds throughout the day.
· Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
· Marks materials with identifying information such as labels.
· Lifts, counts, sorts, and places product items on according to order fill instructions or special requirements.
· Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
· Weighs or counts items for distribution within the warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards.
· Responsible to report food safety and quality problems to their supervisor

·Must comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- We will train workers on site,however, some warehouse/order selecting experience is preferred.
- Must pass drug screen (No pre-employment THC Testing)

- Willing to undergo a background check

Shift Hours

- Must be able to work our 1st Shift; 4AM-12:30PM. Must be able to work Saturday and/or Sunday.

Days Off

- PT Candidates will only work 1-2 days during the weekend and have the remainder of the week off.(Mon-Friday)

-FT Candidates will have Monday and Wednesday off

Sunday Pay

-Time & Half Pay on all hours worked on Sundays (PT & FT eligible)

-Sunday pay equates to $30.00

90 Day Probationary Period

-Once completed you will be eligible for a $1,000 Production Bonus (FT & PT eligible). Dependent on passing our production standard, good attendance, good safety, and following our company policies.

-PT Eligible once worked the allotted hours needed. Would be eligible by working over a year of more than 30 hours per weeks. Completion of 1560 hours in a year.
