Bakery Associate - 2nd Shift

$17.00/hr paid weekly/Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Follow daily and weekly production lists closely to determine the appropriate variety and quantity of goods to bake or prepare.
• Proofing and baking off cinnamon rolls daily. Frost cookies, cinnamon rolls, and brownies for daily orders.
• Assist in keeping products prepared for packaging ie; cutting bars, packaging cookie dough, and box assembly.
• Assist in detailed cleaning and keeping refrigerators and freezers clean (and organized) according to Bakery management standards.
• Wrapping and packaging special orders
• Monitor and observe products while baking and adjust controls as required to ensure desired results of products.
• After products are packaged, complete end of day numbers including transferring box count numbers onto the driver's log
• Perform all tasks as assigned
• Must be able to read, write, & speak/understand English

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• General knowledge of mixing and making baked goods and use of baking equipment is preferred.
• Function under limited supervision, multi-task, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge required.
• Able to lift 50lbs repetitively, and stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to communicate verbally, and understand and follow written and verbal instructions is required.
