Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and cakes
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Mix and knead dough according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glazes, and toppings
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or ingredients
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other bakery staff
Note: Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates a passion for baking and a willingness to learn.

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
