This position is responsible for:
- Receptionist duties including: Answering Corporate office phone lines; Managing Corporate Email, Communication between corporate office and satellite stores.
- Filing and organizing payable and receivables.
- On-boarding of new hires.
- Reviewing new contracts terms and conditions
- Inventory Management; Inventory and ordering office supply for bakery's and office.
- Assisting accountants as needed. (Quickbooks experience highly recommended)
- Graphic design experience (Adobe & Canvo)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Organized and Motivated; Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Must be detail oriented and organized with time management skills. Preferred recent administrative office experience. Ability to work well with others and multi-tasking are must.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
