Bakery Assistant

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bakery Assistant to join our team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will work closely with our bakers and help ensure the smooth operation of the bakery. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and baking of cakes
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and package finished products
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
