We are professional, creative, customer-centric and our goal is to looking for a Baker / Cook to assist the owners managing the Cafe, preferrably with a culinary degree or 3 years of experience, who possesses a genuine passion for the food industry and can inspire the same enthusiasm in our team. A passionate Baker & Cook that not only understands the ins and outs of the business but also conveys a contagious energy that motivates employees to perform at their best. Must be ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook Tasty meals for our customers on time. Weighing, measuring, prepping, cooking, baking and grilling ingredients according to recipes and standards.

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including pastries, and dessert
- Operate baking equipment and grill.
- Monitor baking and cooking process to ensure proper temperature and timing
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking and cooking schedules

- Assist owners in the day to day operation of the cafe with food ordering and scheduling.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Experience in baking and cooking in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Proficient in using various baking / cooking tools and equipment
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Knowledge of pastry techniques and decorating skills is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work early day shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
