Retail Server/Barista

Rate of Pay - $16 hr. + Gratuity

The Retail Server and Barista is responsible for ensuring every customer has the best experience possible while visiting the bakery. Tasks include assisting customers with special orders, preparing coffee and espresso beverages, answering general questions about products, and regularly completing purchase transactions. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience. With the right candidate we are willing to train. Experience working with espresso and coffee beverages preferred. Must be able to handle regular purchase transactions with cash, credit, check and gift cards. Must have a warm and bright personality and truly enjoy serving customers. This position also requires the ability to stand for the entire shift as well as regular lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching. The ability to lift 50 lbs regularly required. Weekend and holiday availability required. Full-time and part-time, year round positions available.

Prep Baker

Our prep team helps with the daily prep and production of all the delicious goodies and treats. Responsibilities may include making and scooping cookie dough, filling macaroons, preparing scones and muffins, maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen, and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have some kitchen or stewarding experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment. This is a physically demanding position that includes early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Year-round positions available.
