Back Of House Team Member (Preppers/Dishwashers/ Grillers/ Stockers)

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Members to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's kitchen and food preparation processes. Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables
- Assist with menu planning and recipe preparation
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Cook and prepare meals according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food preparation setting is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well within a team

Full time shifts:

Day time (openers): 7AM-3:30PM

Evening (closers): 2PM-9PM

Weekend part time shifts:

Day time: 10:45am-3:30pm

Evening: 3pm-7:30pm
