1.Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience.

• CPR and First Aid certifications.

• Relevant educational background in early childhood development or a related field.

2.Background Check:

• Successful completion of a thorough background check to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and pets in our care.

3.References:

• Strong professional references from previous employers or families for whom the applicant provided childcare, pet care, and household assistance services.

4.Passion for Comprehensive Care:

• A genuine passion for working with children, pets, and assisting with household tasks, fostering their growth, and creating positive and enriching experiences for the whole family.

5.Reliability and Flexibility:

• Demonstrated reliability and flexibility to adapt to various family needs and schedules.

Must have reliable transportation!

6.Excellent Communication:

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents, as well as providing updates on pet care and household assistance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a nanny, your role is crucial in providing comprehensive family support. Key responsibilities include:

1.Childcare Expertise:

• Provide expert and compassionate care for children aged 1 month to 13 years.

2.Engaging Activities:

• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate, creative, and educational activities.

3.Pet Care:

• Extend care to furry family members through feeding, walking, and ensuring the well-being of pets.

4.Household Assistance:

• Assist with light household tasks related to the well-being of the entire family, such as meal preparation and tidying up play areas.

5.Safety First:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children and pets under your care at all times.

6.Communication:

• Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding daily activities, achievements, and any concerns.

7.Flexibility:

• Adapt to varying family needs and schedules with a flexible and positive attitude.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
