5K is seeking a seasoned Business Development Strategist to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in B2B sales and business development, combined with a solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape. Your strategic insight, industry knowledge, and ability to close deals will be critical to expanding 5K's client base and overall growth.

This role may eventually lead to a leadership sales role if successful.

*** In this role, you will be speaking daily with successful CEOs who run $10 million - $1 billion dollar companies. You'll be giving them strategy advice on growing their business using our systems & strategies. If this makes you nervous or you don't have experience communicating directly with CEOs - this role isn't for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed business development strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals and expand the client portfolio.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively engage in lead generation and prospecting, working in conjunction with our prospecting team, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the digital marketing sector.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Secure new business and work with the account management team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and uncover opportunities for account growth.
  • Partnership Development: Form strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and deepen market penetration.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to effectively communicate 5K's value proposition.
  • Feedback Integration: Regularly collect and utilize client and market feedback to refine business development strategies.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure a unified approach to business growth and client service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital Marketing Services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
