Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for an RN-Clinic Care Coordinator. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ 86504
Assignment Start Date: 12/12/2023
13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience: At least 5 years of RN experience required.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Valid AZ State RN license
- BLS/BCLS is required.
EMR System: RPMS experience preferred
Shift: M-F, 8-5/730-430, no holidays no weekends
Float Requirement: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc

- Housing: Information can be found under the 'Facility Group Document' section.
- Orientation: on Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will pushed to the following Monday
