Role Summary
As a strategic Accounts Executive at Datamatics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division. You start out as an individual contributor and eventually expanding into a leadership role, overseeing and mentoring a team responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with both existing BPO and non-BPO clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of our company and contribute to its continued success in the global technology market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of client organizations, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Lead the sales process from opportunity identification and qualification to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to develop customized solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable value.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in related field
- 15 years of relevant experience
