Responsibilities:
The Client Development unit englobes the Sales and Relationship Management and Client Services teams of the Securities Services Business Line. The main responsibilities of the Business Manager for Client Development include:
Assist and coordinate the Client Development community.
Support the Governance of the Client Development team including team meetings, dashboards, maintenance of team procedures and controls, coordination of KYC and support of MarCom, Branding & Events campaigns
Act as PMO of the Client Development CRM tool
Assist onboarding and training of new employees
Ensure liaison with Head-Office teams (global sales management, RFP team), local stakeholders (product and business heads), other CIB Coverage teams (FIC etc.) and transversal teams (Compliance, Legal and Risk)
Support roll out of Head Office initiatives including training of team on Head Office guidelines.
Identify and implement process improvement (RFPs, data sharing tools, etc.)
Assist Business Development
Support the Pitch and Request for Proposals processes with Prospects
Assist teams in the creation and update of client briefs, call memos and account plans
Ensure quality of the Sales Pipeline (alignment to Business priorities, integrity of data in the CRM tool)
Own the uptick and consistency of the Data Quality for the region
Produce and present Sales KPIs and support Head Office reporting as required
Produce in depth analysis of sales activity over time to contribute to client segmenting and targeting and produce ad hoc analysis of market segments
Coordinate on KYC and controls to ensure optimal risk management
Support the Heads of Client Development and the Head of Region as needed, and contribute to building a successful, engaged, and diverse community
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Securities Services Business Line, including key products, strategy, values.
5 to 10 years of professional experience in the Finance Industry
BA/MS degree
Strong analysis and presentation skills
Team player - Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in an international organization
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, other presentation and dashboarding tools a plus
Must be a pro-active self-starter with excellent organization skills who is able to communicate well with others and with the ability to process and synthesize high volumes of information
Strong Interpersonal Skills, Team Player in an International Organization, Group Culture and capacity to work with Head-Office and with all levels of staff & management

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $93,000 to $118,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
