Key Responsibilities as a Contractor:
Support client engagements by ensuring technology needs are planned for, setup, tested, and supported throughout Greenhouse experiences
Be responsible for all aspects of systems availability and oversee all technology configurations
Maintain technology assets to ensure top performance and client readiness
Provide white glove support and real-time troubleshooting for Greenhouse applications and systems
Maintain an emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement of all technology processes and procedures
Assist with creating documentation for technology assets and client demos
Manage Greenhouse infrastructure (software and hardware) for demos and showcases
Advise delivery teams on design elements associated with various technologies
Provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present Deloitte supplied briefing materials using installed or Deloitte furnished audio-visual equipment, display Deloitte supplied briefings via PowerPoint, video tape, overhead viewgraphs, and audio tape
Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
Reserve, schedule, and set up audio visual equipment as required
Coordinate requirements with Deloitte and distant-end, using the appropriate software to update reservations database
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting AV integrated technologies and repairing computer systems.
- Technology Skills: Direct experience with diverse technologies, such as networking, Windows, Apple iOS, Crestron systems, collaboration tools, AR/VR systems, and other in-room technologies.
- Communication Excellence: Possess executive presence coupled with strong written and oral presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent educations or professional experience and/or qualifications
- Background in audio/visual and technical innovation methodologies
- Experience in the development of operational procedures, and an aptitude to develop performance measures to quantify service performance
- Experience supporting C-suite executives with technical and strategic needs of the business
- Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of Deloitte ITS
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats to Deloitte leadership, clients, and vendors
- Experience in exponential technology applications, data analysis and visualization, or other technical expertise
- Experience fostering a cooperative team environment, and viewed as a “team player” who understands the culture and how to be effective in it
- Energy, Resources, and Industrials industry familiarity (e.g. Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Power, Utilities, Renewables, Manufacturing and/or Construction, etc.)
- Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50 to $58 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
