Description:
This position focuses on the troubleshooting, service and repair of installed AV equipment. This individual will be responsible for processing and tracking DOA equipment, warranty repairs, non-warranty repairs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as incoming service requests from customers and other CCS departments.
This is a non-exempt, non-supervisory position reporting to the Service Manager.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
· Work both independently and with the Service team to troubleshoot audio, video and control systems problems
· Customer interfacing before, during and after service is complete
· Provide customer support as needed
· Processing and tracking DOA equipment, warranty repairs and non-warranty repairs
· Working with clients who have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as incoming service requests
· Work within our ERP system to complete tasks
· Learn and work within our departmental process flowMaintain and update all project documentation accurately & timely
Qualifications:
· High degree of organizational and communication skills
· Extremely detail oriented
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Extensive background in A/V system integration design and function
· Strong understanding of control systems, video distribution and audio processing
· High level troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience with Crestron, AMX, QSC and Biamp
· QSC Level 1 / Biamp Tesira preferred
· Dante L1+2 preferred
· Crestron Certifications preferred
