JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an organized and detailed Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team.
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for communicating with manufacturers, securing replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise. The Warranty Administrator keeps an accounting of transactions, and handles all warranty requests in compliance with both company standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
- Booking warranty repair orders.
- Manufacturer warranty claim submission and follow up.
- Service contract claim submission and follow up.
- Maintain receivables schedules.
- File paperwork
- Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors
Qualifications
- Automotive warranty experience preferred, but will train an outstanding applicant
- Able to work in a high pace/high volume environment
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work well with others and be part of a TEAM
- Work proficiently with Microsoft Office
- General accounting knowledge preferred
- Possess strong organizational skills to ensure that all warrant paperwork and documentation are completed and maintained in an orderly fashion
- Must have both strong written and verbal communication to ensure claims are completed in a timely, efficient manner
