Our growing service department at Lost Pines has immediate employment opportunities available for Automotive Service coordinators and service writers/advisors. Qualified candidates must have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of excellent customer service and teamwork. If you have experience as a Service Advisor or have experience at an auto service or parts store - this is your opportunity to move up!
Due to recent growth in our service department, we are looking to add to our team. Last year our average service advisors made $70,000 and our top performers made even more!

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- People skills… Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and reviewing vehicle information
- Driving vehicles to confirm the potential source of service repairs
- Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair
- Handling customer concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Updating customers on the progress of service work and reviewing additional potential service to perform
- Follow up on customer feedback and surveys… We expect perfect scores!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
