Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
Skills:
- Strong automotive sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and promote services
- Knowledge of air brake systems and ability to perform alignments and tire services
- Excellent sales skills to upsell additional services or products
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Proficient in service writing, including accurately documenting customer concerns and recommended repairs
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics to assist in identifying vehicle issues
- Previous experience working in a dealership setting is preferred
