Service Advisor Position:
Key Responsibilities
- Comply at all times with dealership standards, processes, policies and regulations to encourage efficient operations as well as a positive customer experience.
- Offer exceptional customer service to clients and resolve customer concerns promptly to drive customer loyalty
- Maintaining computerized customer profile information.
- Monitoring customer records to check for regular scheduled servicing and future remedial work and calling the customer to arrange appointments.
- Developing cost estimates, logging needed parts, and the time needed for repairs, and scheduling the most appropriate Service Technician.
- Meeting with customers to discuss their requirements and relaying those requirements to the Service Technicians

- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of actions quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by clients and guests
- $600 Base Salary/week
- 8% Commission on all Cash, Warranty & Service Contract work
- 5 day work week
