MUST HAVE FORD FLEET SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE``
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs and vehicle condition
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with dealership operations and service department processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive software systems
- Valid driver's license
