We are looking for a professional and friendly Service Department/Appointment Coordinator Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling appointment setting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and other relevant information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
