We have a great opportunity for a strong manager to lead our team and manage our 3 Woburn Service Locations. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Director/Fixed Operations Director to join our company! We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, proven leader to grow our Fixed Operations to the next level and beyond. A proven track record is more important than the number of years in Automotive Service management. Experience is REQUIRED!

Responsibilities:

• Our Top Priority is to have the Highest CSI Possible
• Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
• Oversee Fixed Operations. Develop, implement, and monitor all Sales, Follow-up, and Training processes.
• Monitor daily operations, minimize open RO’s daily, daily & weekly production reporting.
• Maintain strong communications between all departments while.
• Oversee the hiring and training of all service employees.
• Create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.

PREVIOUS SERVICE MANAGEMENT / FIXED OPERATIONS DIRECTOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
